When planning this session I knew this baby girl would look so pretty in purple!  Coincidentally Mom brought a beautiful silk purple scarf that she wanted to incorporate into the session.  I love when parents bring special items that they would like to include into their sessions.  

This little sweetheart was a little dream to work with too.  Mom and Dad really wanted some shots of her with her eyes open.  She was such a little sleeper… it took a few tries to get her to wake up for a few shots of her with her eyes open but we got some.  

Grandma was in town visiting from India so we were able to get a great generational shot of three special women.  She was the kindest dotting grandma and just smiled looking at her new grand baby.  

I really enjoyed working with this family.  I had the pleasure of taking Mom’s maternity photos as well.   It is always so special to see my pregnant Mamas back and get to meet their sweet babies.  Here are a few of my favorites from this sweet baby girl’s newborn session.  Enjoy!
