Your detroit newborn Photography

Within a few short weeks after birth, your little one will no longer fit so tiny in your arms. Your baby will never be that small again. Our session together allows you to preserve these memories forever!

Every session starts with a conversation where we will discuss your goals for your photographs and that's where the planning begins. Every last detail is considered to create a one of a kind boutique photography experience that is stress-free for new parents. My goal is to create a relaxing experience. I will handle every last detail for you.  

All of my little clients have access to all my props, outfits, wraps and accessories. No need to bring a thing unless you have a special memento you would like me to incorporate into your session.  

The ideal time to photograph your new baby is when they are 5-14 days of age. Each newborn session takes place in the comfort of my studio. Your baby’s safety is my number one priority.

Newborn Experience

Congratulations Mama, let's get the conversation started! I am excited to hear all about your pregnancy. What are you craving? Are you having a boy or a girl or is baby a surprise?  
Based on your preferred method of contact, I will reach out to you via email or by phone to chat with you about my sessions and the experience you can expect by hiring me to be your photographer. I will also ask you some questions regarding your preferences to make sure I am a good fit for you and your family.

2. design consultation

After our initial contact we will schedule a virtual meeting to get the fun started. During our consultation together we will start designing the perfect session for you. No detail is left out and all your preferences are taken into consideration.  
During the consultation I will show you all of my product offerings and go over all investment information with you. My goal for this meeting is to leave no questions unanswered so we are both prepared for your shoot. Let's get you booked!

Your big day has finally arrived! Nervous? Excited? No matter how you’re feeling, I am going to be there guiding you and posing you in the BEST was that feature your most amazing characteristics. When you arrive, we will take about 15 minutes and pick your wardrobe from my client closet. Then it’s time to shine! Sessions usually take 90 minutes to an hour for maternity and family sessions. Newborn sessions usually take 2-3 hours depending on how baby is settling between poses.

3. Let's Make Magic

This is arguably the most exciting part of the experience (other than receiving your final images, of course!) This appointment is scheduled for a date within 2-weeks of your session and is where you will view your soft-proofed images for the first time, choose your favorites, and place your order! While I do not fully edit all images for this appointment, I do fully master retouch a few images so you will have an idea of what your final images will look like!
During this appointment, we will narrow down your images together and you will decide if you would like to purchase a collection of images or a piece of wall art created specifically for you or both!

4. viewing and ordering appointment

The day is here, you get to take your gorgeous custom artwork home to display, enjoy and share with family and friends. I will send you home with all the information on how to care for your artwork to insure it lasts a lifetime.
