I had the pleasure of shooting a beautiful maternity session this week. It was a balmy 5 degrees the day of the session. My client really wanted a few outdoor shots and I am so glad that we embraced the cold weather and went outside to take a few. I had my camera ready and went out and took a few test shots before I had her and her husband come out. We ended up taking these shots in my front yard at my home studio. The warm afternoon light was beautiful and the trees had the prettiest fluffy snow on them and were the perfect backdrop for the photos. Prior to going outside we had a great time taking some studio photos including some amazing silhouette shots. This couple was a dream to work with and very fun. They were all smiles during their session and are genuinely excited for their baby girl on the way. Congratulations K+T… you are a beautiful couple and I am so very happy for you both!
